What our tenants say
Joe is quite simply the best property manager I have ever dealt with, and I do not say that lightly.
From day one she has shown a level of care, professionalism and dedication that is genuinely rare in this industry. You can tell immediately that she has a real passion for what she does and it shows in everything she delivers.
Yesterday we had a blocked toilet. Within 2 hours, it was sorted. No waiting or stress. Just results.
That kind of responsiveness is something most people in property management could only dream of delivering, and for Joe it is standard practice.
With many years of experience behind her, Joe brings a level of knowledge and engagement that gives you total confidence she has everything under control. Issues get resolved quickly, communication is always prompt and clear, and you never feel like just another tenant.
We feel genuinely lucky to have her. If you are looking for a property manager, Joe is your person. She truly is the best.
Highly recommend Joe who owns MPG Lettings.
She is an independent and honest lettings agent who also deals with property management.
She's exceptionally personable and very accommodating.
Joe has been very helpful and kind throughout the moving process! Thanks.
